JULY, AUGUST € 27,00 per day per person, minimum 1 week (€190,00);

Notes
Weeks are intended from Saturday to the next Saturday.
Children until 8 years old: free;
Children from 9 to 18 years old in additional beds in the parents' apartment, where possible: 50% off;
Guests in sofa bed, where available: 50% off;
During periods not described, prices will be arranged directly with you, but reduced!
IMPORTANT
The apartments or the rural houses are always rented to the number of people who correspond to the minimum capacity; the minimum capacity is 2 people, except Motolese that can be 2 or 4 people, depending on the period.
Prices include: electricity, initial cleaning, bedclothes,cutlery, furniture, gas, firewood;
Prices exclude: towels, hair dryer, detergents.
RESERVATION
Regarding the reservation, you will receive an email confirmation within 48 hours from receiving 20% in advance; the calendar then will change its state from available to booked. For a faster confirmation, please send the payment receipt to email: (booking@naturalmenteostuni.com) your booking will be provisional until we receive the amount, however, valid for all purposes.
Ask availability (booking@naturalmenteostuni.com), telling us which rural house or accommodation in the housefarm you want to rent, how many people you are and the period (from/to): we will reply within 24 hours, sending the data you need to make your reservation.Check-in saturday h18:00; check-out saturday h 10:00.
Cancellation
In case of cancellation, the amount is fully refunded (20%) by sending an email within 15 days before your arrival. Otherwise there will not be refund.
The deposit, € 200,00 per accommodation/rural house, will be by check; in rare cases we will accept cash, anyway previously agreed upon it.
Payment of the whole stay on arrival; unfortunately we do not accept credit cards.
The water of the tank is usually rainwater, which is not potable: it is disinfected by amuchina, it can be used for washing yourself or for domestic use. Cook with water bottles that you will find in quantity, at your disposal.
Water is a precious good, especially where there is no piped water supply: please, do not waste it!
